The health inspection is today, and some of your employees may not be up to date on their food safety certifications.

Unfortunately, that could mean serious and embarassing health code violations. Keeping track of everyone’s various certifications is tedious; continually updating a messy spreadsheet is not something you have time to do while running an efficient business. After decades of experience in the food industry, we understand your struggle.

Upgrade your spreadsheet and stay on top of certifications for everyone on your staff.

You have spent time and money on the best training programs because you understand the importance of training and educating your employees. It’s essential to protect your investment in your team by monitoring their certifications so you can be sure that everyone is on track. Maintaining compliance and training standards are imperative to your company’s success.

Monitoring your team’s training who has not received training can help you understand what is going on with your employees. For example, suppose you notice consistent errors in a specific area of your operation. In that case, you can review your certification log to see if the individual(s) making the error have received adequate training. Doing this can increase productivity and a more collaborative atmosphere by reducing misunderstandings between supervisors and employees and minimizing mistakes.

Automated notifications, tracking, and data all in one place. Know when certifications will expire – in advance – so you can schedule training before expired certifications become a problem — all without having to remember to monitor a spreadsheet. You can focus on running your business because the entire process is streamlined.
